In a latest evelopment relayed over the public media, Sheriff Mustapha Dibba
in a so called congratulatory audience with Yaya Jammeh and cabinet has
offered to join the ranks of the APRC virtually. At a later press conference
in the State House he went on and on on how fair the elections were, fairer
than anything he had ever participated in and said he was willing to work
with the APRC for the "development" of the country. I am not surprised by
this happening and I am sure ot many wil be.
