             If this is true it is unbelievable. What happens to their 
position that the chairman of the IEC is Constituionally Disqualified 
to be assuming the office? Let's hope they have some Very Good reasons 
for legitimizing his office and not just for contesting to control the 
local governments. Now is the time for the Collective Opposition to 
render the Country Un-Governable.
