Ladies and gentlement, it's good to be back online again. I will start by
giving an update of some sports information.

GOLF:

A Gambia amateur golfer, Buba Jatta, some weeks ago, beat 80 other players
to win the prestigious Swissair/Sabena competition. Apart from winning two
return airtickets to Switzerland, Jatta will be the sole representative of
Africa at the finals at the Cran International golf course in Switzerland in
september.

In another golf competition between senegal and Gambia held in the Gambia
week before last, Gambia won Senegal for the first time.

ATLETICS:

In the recently completed Zone II junior atletics competition, Gambia came
tops for the third year running ahead of Senegal.
