Millions of Muslims living in Europe will encounter difficulty this year at the advent of Tobaski.
With the outbreak of the "Foot and Mouth" epidemic, most European countries have banned the
sale and transportation of livestock and many abattoirs closed for a period. Muslims in England
will bear the brunt of these restrictions. Thousands of sheep, imported from England for the Tobaski, 
were slaughtered and burnt by the French authorities.
I hope things will be eased by this weekend.
