Ousman,

I have not followed the history of the pledges to AIDS asistance by the Bush
administration closely either, but the avenues through which AID like this
are disseminated, such as NGOs and other helathcare and international
organizations naturally do and these organizations have been speaking out
after this announcement by Bush.

Let us hope it was not just an appeasement mentioned as a diversion tool in
the eve of a widely opposed war, instead of a genuine offer that will be
acted upon.
I guess we will just have to wait and see.
