Just heard that Baba Jobe was picked up last night and taken to
Serious Crime Unit Office for, according to sources, owing over D200M in
custom duties. However, a theory floating through the local grapevine is that
it is a ploy by Yahya to appease the World Bank mission currently in the
country, and who insist that tax and duty arrears owed by Baba Jobe and others
have to be settled. This regime is under pressure to clean up their act.

God save The Gambia from the APRC regime.
