I am like Mr. Sarr here.  You have NOT stated a purpose for having this fund
raising event.  All fund raising events I know of have a purpose and goal.
You've got to remember that money does not grow in trees brother.

NO PURPOSE = NO OBJECTIVE = NO PLAN = NO TRANSPARENCY = NO ACCOUNTABILITY.

The equation is very basic and simple.  Same puzzle we face back home.  So,
for the sake of PURPOSE above, please solve the equation for ALL.  Thanks
