Hi everyone:
I beg to add to this discussion cuz even though I am not aware the situation
in Atlanta, I have a hunch about why the INS would do this.

Argenbright was the security firm responsible for airport security during
Sept 11. The powers that be have never forgiven Argenbright for being
breached by AL Qaeda operatives on this ill-fated day. In fact, I listen to
conservative radio shows quite a bit out here and it is not uncommon for
folks to grumble about how employees of the said company at airports are
mostly foreigners, who are incapable of speaking English properly. The
rationale being that if these folks cannot speak English properly, their
ability screen travelers properly is questionable.

My hunch is that those who were arrested were simply the victims of a beef
the govt. has with Argenbright.

I wish those folks the very best and hope they figure out a way to come out
of this incident unscathed.

Yus
