Museveni's so-called general election is also due the same year.  Any full
knows that Museveni can never accept the result of any elections, if he is
not the winner (which he can never be) - the very reason in the first place
why he went to the bush in 1981 when he failed to get even one single vote.

The only thing he is going to do (as has always been the case), is to
declare himself a winner with 99% votes!!

See how is creating all sorts of situations that he believes might distruct
people from demanding the white paper on how Uganda is to return to
multi-party system.

He is so desparate that he even finds it necessary to worsen the security
situation in those areas he knows he can never get even a single vote - one
of the reasons he is massacring them to reduce the number of anti-Museveni
votes, and forcing  them out of their homes - hoarding them in concentration
camps so voting in those areas don't even take place!
