LEADERSHIP IN THE GAMBIA
Without the political education of the Gambian masses by Gambian politicians  in all langauges
through radio, TV and written media , there will be no political progress in The Gambia. There is
no ideological education by any party to the Gambian people. The whole meaning of politics in The
Gambia is the Electoral Ballot Box Day ( every 5 years). There are no symposiums, political
workshops ,conferences and no seminars organised by the parties in the Gambia. There is no system
of nuturung politicans and future leaders in the Gambia. The future is uncertain.

THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE  MAIN  TASK OF THE  OPPOSITION PARTIES.
Lack of political awareness has fundamentally upset the process of developement in the Gambia. It
is not the old leader, the new leader and the future leader.The Gambian people have no clue about
politics It is therefore very unfair to undereducate the Gambians people as a political party.

Let us not forget that our country has still to recover from tribalism in politics and premitive
fetishism.Witch doctors, voodoo magic and evil craft.

True Leadership is not an improvisation. It is built methodically and this enterprise cannot be
carried without the total eradication of fetishism and superstition. A new Gambia has to be
directed by an Educated and well informed leadership capable of organising the people into a
productive,social and conscious force.

The important TASK that the a new leadership in the Gambia must conduct ,will be expressed by  the
quality of it's Party members and citizens alike visualised by it's sense of organisation.

A  Reflexion of High level of Awareness.
