Hi Musa,

I knew that this discussion would bring back some
nostalgia. That is tally 8 talking. My line up would
include Musa Njie - the best distributor of the ball and
either Saihou Sarr or Star Jallow because they play similar
roles (6). My all time Gambia 11

On goal - Saho
defenders - A.C. Conteh, Lamin Owens, M.I. Jallow,Cummy
Owens
Midfield - Saihou Sarr, Musa Njie
Front line - Tony Joiner, Biri Njie, Ndow Njie and Malleh
Wadda

Can someone please beat my forward line. Tony Joiner
-creator supreme, Biri and Ndow Njie, both comfortable with
the ball on their feet and can glide through the air to
head the ball. Malleh Wadda - accurate left foot,
devastating right and attacks the ball ferociously with his
head. Saihou Sarr- the work horse, Musa Njie- the
visionary palyer can hit that 40 yard pass to your feet,
the cleanest player after 90 minutes on the field. Lamin
Owen -Lo deff bahh na, A.C. the quickest player on the
field. Cummy Owens - plays with intellengence and M.I.
Jallow - look at his feet and you are decieved, he can head
the ball and agile.

This discussion is bring back fond memories of Box Bar
stadium. Gambian commentator of the century - Dr. Seedy
Jammeh. Oh how I long for the box bar days again in
football.
