Long Spear, Burning Spear, or whatever your name is:
I'm appalled at the authority with which you have made yourself judge and
jury, ripped apart this email and have come to a ridiculous conclusion,
based on your unfounded and paranoid assumptions. You have single handedly
created a "cyber pandemonium" by misconstruing and dissecting the email,
inserting words where do not belong and reading too much into a simple
email.
The email below clearly states: For details, email to [log in to unmask]
or [log in to unmask] and ask for Publication I-202/35174. where does it
say form 1-202 or form 35174? Anyone that calls the INS and ask for form
1-202 will get that form from them, but they clearly will not be following
the instructions here. I have called the agency not because I need it, but
just to see what they will mail to me and I'll let everyone know.
This email also clearly states that this is an agency that acts like or is a
"middle man"(sort of an employment agency). It is not the INS, or has the
INS started sub-contracting to other companies to track down illegal aliens?
If the publication number was I-20 or F-1 would you assume that they are
trying to track down students that have overstayed?
I know of a lot of Indians in the IT industry that are recruited by the
hundreds by one of the biggest telecommunications company here in the US on
a regular basis. This is not new! INS has programs for foreign nationals
to live and work in the US, one of them being the annual green card lottery
or is that a trap too?
My philosophy is: Try, if succeed more power to you and if you don't succeed
the first time, just try again. I'm not twisting anyone's arm to apply, the
choice is theirs.
