I am a victim of  check & credit card fraud and my bank is awarew and have
temporarily closed the accounts. .. however I am trying to gather more info
to report  to the local police... The individual has subscribe to an adult
website charging my accounts.

I have the IP address the user is logging from  202.135.84.218...If you "ping
" this site destination host is unreachable.  I have contacted network
solutions, one of our local companies that leases IP addresses and domain
names and they cannot tie this to any IP in their DNS servers ...
The person is using  a hotmail domain obviously using a fictitious names
every time he uses this adult website. The website company has given me the
person's user name and password.
