Hi Jabou,
I also called today and asked for the documents to be mailed to me.  I was
also told that 1-202 was this agency's catalog number (they didn't say form)
which includes the application form and 35174 was the person sending the
emails ID #. I know of a lot of Indians coming to the USA in the IT industry
by a method just like this one.
