I  tend  to  have  problems  with  UDP's  inconsistency.  They  sued  the
government  over  the  firing  of   Johnson  and   maintained  that
Roberts  is  unfair.  Yet,  they  go  on  to  contest  in  the  by-
election  conducted  by  Roberts  while  their  case  is  pending.  They
legitimized  the  APRC  victory  which  could  have  been  avoided  if
they had  refused  to  partake  in  the  By-elections.  Anyway,  that  is
all  spilled  milk  but  their  recent  anouncement  of  the  election
being  fair  and   turning  around  to  dispute  it  is  not  the
smartest  thing  to  do.  They  need  to  be  more  principled  than  that.
