I suppose if you claim to give constructive criticism you would start by reporting - to those who matter - what the issue is rather than waiting to "let it resolve itself." What kind of constructive criticism would that yield? 

I am waiting for Karim to share with the list management the content of the message he received and I will hopefully share with you all what the real issue rather all this rash speculations flying around.

That said, I want to publicly acknowledge my sincere gratitude to LJD and Ousman Ceesay for their effort in ensuring the smooth running of the list.
