Thankfully Lamin, the refund is not in the post so you can't forward it on 
to the Jam Fountain for Pieces. How can you possibly send a miserly $20 to 
such a great Fountain in my name? Planning on sending much more than that. 
You'll see. Thanks for cancelling your demand for a refund anyway. Haruna's 
still having trouble accessing the website. I hope he can access one of the 
other sites I have suggested or maybe he should just send me a private email 
with his address for a complimentary copy. No refund demands please.
