Gassa:
The only reason you don't want to discuss this issue is because you missed
the gist of the topic in the first place. I tried to humor you just for the
sake of debate, by also dealing with some of the more frivolous issues you
brought up, including that long-winded report you wrote.

Gassama like the good Ngorr Ciise pointed out, the basics need to be hashed
out and included in a more general and far reaching plan to provide valuable
Internet access to rural areas. Unlike you, I care about Internet access to
rural areas in The Gambia, for I think it will be the source of added value
to anything these folks do.

But, alas, plans, documentation and hard thinking needs to go into any
venture to make it feasible. Unfortunately, due to your affliction with ALES
( Acute Low Expectation Syndrome), you and your fellow good for nothing
bureaucrats on the ground are twiddlin your thumbs waiting for some MGO to do
it for you.

If you want to quit, be my guest and run away with your tail firmly between
your derriere.
