Instead  of  the  NIA  running  around  harasshing innocent  citizens,
they  could  come  in  here and  investigate  the  ownership  of  this
vessel.  I  am  sure  there  are  some  tell  tale  marks  which  if
keenly  observed,  they  would  find  something  as   to  who
manufactured  the  vessel  and  to  whom  it  was  sold.  They  can  go
from  there.
