 If you want to continue your EXEMPLARY and marvellous work, remember that
admiration  yields hate from those whose only purpose is to cirticise, and
can never produce.   It is a by-product of JEALOUSY and a terrible illness
of what I call the "SUMA syndrome" meaning that it better be them than you.

Never let anyone distract you, particularly when you know they cannot
dictate your pace, future or creativity.
