Hi Sidibeh,


Thanks for the info. I missed out on this, I was still trying to 
conceptualised and digest the International Globalisation week in Oslo 
organised by the Norwegian Government where there were so many issues to 
deal with. The Worse of it was the Saturday's program when one of the topics 
was "Is Africa Going to Be Poor for Ever".  This really raises a lot of 
questions and thinking as to European/African relationship today.  In the 
evening there was a debate on the African Diaspora in Norway, How they can 
contribute to Africa’s Development and Omar Drammeh made a very good 
presentation.

I hope that i will catch up with it again.
