On the issue of UDP's propaganda secretary Lamin Waa Juwara been given power
of attorney by Sir Dawda Jawara to institute a legal action against Jammeh's
APRC Government to recover PPP's assets. This cannot be a good reason to
establish link between UDP and the eastwhile PPP Government.
Mr Juwara made it very clear to the Independent News Paper that Sir Dawda
gave him power of attorney but never mention UDP,therefore, him as an
individul has the right to engage a legal practictioner likewise anybody to
represent Jawara in this case. With all fairness in this case there is
nothing to bring UDP to be a wing of the PPP.
After all, there is an ex-PPP minister in top APRC secretariat but you cannot
find one in UDP therefore what?.
Regards,
Saihou
