Doc,
I find it extremely funny that such a question should come from you. I
thought you sort it all out before you became one of them. Didn't you know
that with this government you decided to give in to, everything is "business
as usual"? You need not worry about "the enforcement of regulations" between
Banjul and Barra, since you are a good swimmer. Just keep on going with the
tide and you will surely land on either of the BANKS. Be it North bank,
South bank or any other bank.
