However, like Mr. Payne alluded, the more you try to explain your logic the
more you loose most of us.  I gave up trying to chase your thought process.
This is the problem when we sit in the make believe world of the campus
environment thinking we have all the solutions to the real world.  Could you
please tell us what you are trying to say when you said:
