Hi!
Some time ago I wrote something about the implications of the Pinochet affair. I mentioned the intention of human rights groups to indict sitting presidents on visits to other countries. Well, it has happened!
A suit was filed against Fidel Castro in Chile for the killing of two generals (if I can remember correctly) whose murderer intimated that he received training in Cuba. This suit was filed in anticipation of Fidel Castro´s visit to Chile in two months´ time. The outcome of this development will have a gigantic impact on the rulers and politics of this world. Thanks.
                                                                                                Buharry.
P.S.
        Dictators beware!
