Your prompt reply is highly appreciated.

Please note that my definition on vote-buying only
expands the whole concept. As I said earlier " not
literally confined to.." . My definition does not
relegate KB's and co but merely broadens the scope.

Well, I am afraid to say that Lamin Waa Juwara has
already mention that UDP will challenge the Election
results of Kiang East. According to Mr Juwara, the
APRC won the seat in view of contravening Section 116
of Election Decree of 1996. I would therefore refer
you to www.africanews.org and read Independent's
Newspaper dated 4 May 2001 Topic entitled-UDP TO
DISPUTE MAHAWA CHAM'S ELECTION.
