May I know why " The embassy of course cannot renew passports of those with
a Refugee status"? Is it a national policy to deny passports to those who
claim Refugee Status?

Also, are we suggesting that Refugee Status or Permanent Residency makes one
a US citizen thus, disqualifying them Gambian Citizenship?  And finally, are
Gambians allowed dual citizenship under the current Constitution?
