Hamjatta,
I hope that Blair will find time to read through the pleas submitted by
Jubilee 2000 and many thousands of concerned citizens of GB and, indeed,the
world.  He seems to be exceedingly embroiled and entangled with Mugabe
these days when Britain's leadership on the debt is most needed. Convincing
Japan to include it in the agenda of the G-7 summit will be difficult
without the assurance from US and western Europeans to increase Japan's
quota in the IMF; the seemingly inevitable change in political leadership
in Japan, as a result of the medical condition of the Japanese PM, may
further add to the woes of the debts campaigners. I thank you, meanwhile,
for posting very relevant articles from the British press.
