Mr. Jatta:
The leason was that we need to come together if winning is our goal. And
many of us were saying this from day one too. The one thing that worries me
is the attitude some of you tend to have about this whole phenomenon. Why
in the world you seem to be obsessed with Ousainou Darboe? Every time you
guys come here, you have something to say about Ousainou and UDP. And NO!
UDP did not break away from NADD. NADD fail, and that is the reason it was
abandoned not only by Ousainou or UDP, but a whole lot of people and
parties. And frankly, if I was a NADD supporter , I would give a second
thought about counting on it to lead this country out of this mess.
Mr. Jatta, what you and I need to do now is to stop all these blame games
and focus on the real issues-the problems at home. The last response I sent
to you was a challenge for you to engage the leadership of the NADD camp to
come together with the other oppositions, including the UDP/NRP coalition.
So in the interest for a better Gambia, let us do this, because sitting on
these keyboards fighting and arguing with each other is not going to help.
And while you and I are on this forum arguing, we must know that somebody's
love one is suffering in the hands of the authorities in the Gambia.

Thank you.

Lang
