You are quite right about the party hierarchy, but do we know what happens
if the UDP party wins?  Are they going to maintain the same hierarchy?
Right now, they are nowhere, and can assume any party "hierarchy" they want.
  Do you know if there are any motives behind the party structure?  You and
I can't answer such questions, only the leader can.  That being the case, he
should have known better than use Mandinka throughout his speech.  This is
indeed relevant.  Like I said, a good leader should be easy to talk to, open
to suggestions, and fair and impartial at all times.
