POWER, OR ORGANIZED ENERGY, MAY BE A MAN-KILLING EXPLOSIVE OR A LIFESAVING
DRUG. THE POWER OF A GUN MAY BE USED TO ENFORCED SLAVERY OR TYRANNY, OR TO
