I understand that religious discussions usually result in futile and heated
arguments.  But as far as I know, the Quran says that only Allah can
determine whether any man or woman will enter heaven or not.  There is also a
chapter which says Islam views the other religions of The Book as legitimate
ones.  Even the prophet Muhammad, in his many travels, met many wise men +
women who followed other faiths.  Yet, unlike some of the intolerant
scholars, he never condemned these folk as unbelievers.
