hI Mr Farage,
You said it all, i've followed Mr Jassey's 'debate' with Mr Sallah. I will
not say his motives are not genuine, but what i don't understand is, his
unending attack on PDOIS. Jassey even called Halifa 'childish' just because
the guy did not agree with him. PDOIS's agenda is very clear, the party has
been consistent in trying to bring sanity, maturity and dignity to the
Gambian people. Jassey seems to think that Halifa/PDOIS wants to bring
Socialism/Communism in the Gambia. He should know better that these guys
are pragmatist. We have seen PDOIS in action in Wuli. Nyakoi schools are
among the best schools in the Gambia. As a PDOIS sympathiser, i urge the
party not to get into any form of alliance with any other party unless the
terms of alliance are very clear and agreed to by all those involved. It
should also be in the interest of the party.

We have seen alliances in many other African countries which failed to
deliver the aspirations of the people. They succeeded in removing one
corrupt and repressive system with another. DRC under Kabila is a very good
example.

Mr Jassey, in our desire to remove moron Jammeh and his ilk, we should
recognise our differences and have respect for each other. Only in this way
we can maintain the moral high ground over JAmmeh. Hope this posting is
received in good faith for it is being sent on those lines.
I stand to be educated on better ways to deliver my people from despair and
despondency.

Peace,

Mboge
