This is exactly what I tried to explain here the last time. Most of these
viruses are not being sent on purpose. Most people are not normally careful
when they get attachemts. They just opened any attachement and if they
don't have an anti virus program, their computers get infected immediately.
This is how most of these viruses spread. I have also received an email
from Haddy George but I just ignored.

Lots of people in the Gambia are getting pcs at home and getting conneted
to the net but I was very surprised to find out only few of them have any
anti virus program or are even aware of these things. I think the Internt
Service Providers at home should also include in their packages good anti
virus programs and maybe give their clients some info about viruses. There
are lots of viruse out there now a days and some of them can be really
dangerous.
