The piece you have posted here IMO epitomizes brinkmanship, a quality needed
by folks in management positions to confront situations and address them in
the hopes of better outcomes.  This is what is o be expected by the
Ayatollahs on this list as opposed to two sentence postings telling one or
the other party to stop the attacks.  It is the exact reason why I have
appealed to them to put their cards on the table and not continue to pursue
this management style crowded in secrecy and cronyism.  Not one single
manager -some of who I have great respect for BTW, ever stood up and said
anything about my mother being attacked.  In the absence the inefficiency of
list management in dealing with and resolving issues, I would have never said
anything about their management style.  I would have trusted Mr. Camara's
ability to make the right decisions in appointing managers etc., but at this
moment, I have zero confidence in our list owner's ability to make decisions
which would be beneficial for the list.

That said, I appreciate your call for all of us to refrain from personal
attacks as much as possible..  I know I have wronged some on this forum but
all of us can better and learn from our past mistakes, and this includes
myself.
