Dr. Jeng, the last I heard he is still living in the Presidential Manson,
for the reasons you stated.  His reason is that he does not have a personal
residence to move to and would not move until the government built him one.
In short, he is afraid of what you just mentioned.  We shall see how the
story unfolds.
