No wonder people are not eager to oppose the jammeh regime because when you are victimised by Jammeh, nobody stands up to defend you. That is why most people in Gambia are silent. People like Mariam Denton, the Independent editors, and those who risk it all to expose and stand up the Jammeh dictatorship deserves our support when the are victimised by the same dictatorship.
