Bambalaye,

Just a note,the last time I checked ,Infant mortality rate continues to go 
down in the Gambia,a good progress that has since been the only achievement 
in the health sector.I must quickly say that this is in no way a credit to 
the Jammeh regime because if you check the statistics( not on the ground,as 
statistics in most cases differ from reality) the down ward trend has been 
going on since before he graduated from school.
