" Dawda Jawara a symbol of Pride or Disgrace"
It is with disgust that I alert fellow Gambians about the role former President Jawara is playing in the political crisis on the ground in Gambia. I have no doubt that Jawara is a driving force behind Lamin Kiti Jabang's return to APRC. He is also behind a campaign to rally former PPP supporters behind Jammeh. He is being used by Jammeh to solicit nationwide support and sympathy from the international community so he can host the looming OAU summit.

  DK JAWARA UNDER FIRE THESE
  DAYS!!!
What symbol exactly does Jawara represent? A political disgrace or pride? Dawda Jawara is the worst that had ever happened to the Gambian people. He is a man who precided over a sinking Gambia with its people reduced to beggers in the street. He is a man who abandoned all his supporters and shamelessly returned for more insults and disgrace from Jammeh who ironically calls him PAPA. How could you Jawara lose so much integrity and respect to come home and join Jammeh? Where is the shame and humility in you PAPA? How dear you support and accept the man
who make you abandoned all your friends and allies?
How dear you support the man who reserve no adjective in insulting you and your family? How dear you take a penny from the Gambian tax payer whose lives you ruined for 30 years? How dear you face the people
whose son's and daughters all had to leave their parents and love ones in search of education and better life?

Further more "PAPA", how dear you have the got to embrace the man who drove you over the Gambian waters leaving all of us to his mercy? PAPA, how dear you have the got to enter back into Gambian politics and disintegrate the opposition to aid Jammeh?

Most importantly "PAPA", where is your dignity and integrity and "Champion of human rights title"? How dear sir, you said we don't need a university to educate our children? How dear sir, you have the got to look into Jammeh eye who EVEN cause your family to abandon you?
I pose these questions to Jawara on this forum with the hope that people will remember the role this insane human being played in our history. That we must not forget that he is the reason we are where we are today. That if Gambians continue to drink dirty water and live in darkness without electricity, clean water, education, access to decent health care and most significantly a right to dignity, liberty and freedom, Jawara must
not be forgiven. That even on Judgement day, he must stand trial and answer to the Almighty.

I conclude to once again say that, Jawara have his hands in the mud painting our peoples' faces as he did before. He is supporting Jammeh by appearing in National events like Independence day. Jawara should not be allowed to breath fresh air while the people continue to suffer.

Folks, don't be surprise to hear the old politicians leaving NADD. In NADD headed by Halifa, they see a threat to wipe out politics of domination and personal interest. In NADD, they all see a future where no one can own the minds of the Gambian people. In NADD, they see a future where place of origin and personal relationship would not count.
In NADD, they see a promise to bring education, healthcare, high standard of living and freedom of expression. Jawara and his entourage including other part time politicians are threatened by a NADD government, but they shall fail in betrayal of unity and service to the people.Wake up Gambia, see the danger in front of your eyes. Take ownership of your destiny.

  Long live peace
Long live stability
Long live sanity and integrity
Long live NADD.
