I've read through the articles. It is crystal clear what Mr. Darboe said. What is not clear however, is how "high probability" changed to "I am not aware of any talks" in the span of weeks?
I remember my Statistics teacher at Nusrat High - Mr. Owusu (Bow legs - I am yet to see more curved legs-:)!) saying "high probability" means more than fifty percent chance that something will happen - some will even argue for eighty percent. 
Mr. Darboe should admit outright that they have failed to come up with a united front rather than backtracking on his earlier assessments. I think there is a legitimate question to ask of him. 
Anyhow, I am with Karamba on this issue; well, I had given up on it a long while ago anyways. The ball is dropped; the shit shall hit the ceiling fan and the story continues to be told. 
Just so you know Mr., flip-flopping is OK when you bake pan-cakes not country-pies. Where is Hamat and his unbaked cakes?
