Hello Latjor,
Welcome back. First a disclaimer: this is not a formal response from the
List Managerment. That will be sent you once we had a chance to discuss.
However, I would like to inform you that Joe lunched similar complaint
during his response to sister Jabou's. At the time the position of some
managers was that we deal with complaints in a first come first process
basis. This they argue will ehlp streamline issues. In Joe's case since
sister Jabou was first to complain lets address that first. Once done
Joe has every right to table his claim in other words couter-sue!

You may be right on the technicality issue you raised. Personally I
believe that managers must exercise restraint in intervening in list
squabbles except where boundaries are clearly crossed. An example of
such could be Ebou Jallow's remarks during the heat of moment. However
the rules clearly state that people should report matters to Managers
when they feel offended.
