IMF,W/BANK-TARIK,LANG,BABA ANDYAHYA JAMMEH VERSUS GAMBIANS

OPTV is back again not knocking on Yahya's door, but at his verranda with
Tarik Musa's Lang Conteh's Continent Bank's and Standard chartered Bank's
files!
Questions: Immediately after Tarik was supposedly?!!! deported newspapers
in The Gambia wrote that he was being accused behind his back.We read open
and plain articles saying that Tarik owed an amount of D40 Million plus to
banks particularly the standard chartered. After that day nothing was heard
from the sources that followed the disgraced and supposedly?! deported
Lebanese and fake tycoon? What happened? What is going on now?
After the above mess we heard that Tarik's former cell mates were also
charged and they owed the state D68 Million.Aha!!!!!!! again we were told
that they settled everything and the state dropped the charges. This is
interesting! Really interesting! So in The Gambia under Yahya there are
loathed thieves and there are pet thieves, right?
Ok let us leave Yahya with the duty of saving some thieves and baking
others and then come to terms with the reality on the ground. That
is,calculating the difference here...
Tariks bulk should it subtracted from the D68 million or added to it?
Wisdom dictates that it should be added. Why? because Lang and co owed the
state and then they "hopefully?" paid back the amount(based on what the
projectors of the wretched movie showed us!!!). Now let us go through the
spiral here and see...?
Tarik Musa!!!Do you owe the state only or the state and the private banks?
We were told that he was accused of committing economic crimes right? He
was apprended and then later deported, right? Before leaving we at least
knew that he owed the state, the amount he owed is yet to be exposed. When he
left we heard that he owes more to private institutions, right?
More questions? What is the responsibility of the state in all this mess?
The state has been charged with the responsibility of protecting the
interests of the citizens and then protect the land, right?
Let us presume that Yahya was voted in to do that and then be able to
reason, because as far as OPTV is concerned Yahya is not a democratically
elected president. He is an armed chief thief, period!
Protection covers economy, politics, security etc etc, right? The state if not
a paraia one should use the constitution to protect us I hope, but not whims
and caprices from one head.Well if the laws were able to balance Yahya's
sword and Kurus, would Tarik have been deported before being tried? Here we
have Yahya alone standing to accuse, judge and then sanction!!! when he
himself is being scrutinised from out side!!!
The laws of the land should have tried Tarik but not the executive.Usually
when people commit crimes like that they are charged and tried in the
open.At least that is what accountability means in every reasonable
person's mind. If not Tarik should have been deported to his country of
origin or where he is a citizen and so on with the agreement that he would
similar charges there upon arrival! At least! That is why we have bodies
like interpol,international laws,agreements between nations ( governing
extraditions etc).Tarik is not a kite he is a human being.Even kites are
controlled by a string.Maybe one should say he is not a balloon that was
left to fly in the air without any specific destination.Deporting people
like Tarik from a country that sees itself as stable and respects the rule
of law cannot be done like it happened. Why is it so? Like something people
in Gambia call TUKU TUKU YERENG?
Tarik's brother was arrested and we were told, was being questioned by the
NIA? Ok what has the NIA got in their files on that? We know that this body
reports to the SOS for defence and no one else! Who is the secretary of
state for defence? It is the chief thief, right? Well infact what has
defence got to do with economic crimes?!!!!!!!!! Is there any better time
that Gambians deserve seeing a commission of enquiry more than now?
IMF,WORLD BANK crying before us and we are yet to see an independent
commission of enquiry? That is ridiculous and it further strengthens our
believe that Yahya cannot be removed by law he can only go away in a very
very raw way!!! period.
Yahya's situation now is far worse than what Severnadze of Georgia faced
two months back.By far!!! Even Charles managed to maintain power supply
within Liberia until his last day in that executive mansion. That was a
country which went through one of the worst civil wars in the globe! Ours
has never been near Liberia and we are going worse nightmares within a so-
called peaceful environment? Hey Gambia!!!
Here we still have this man trying to ignore these serious develo[ments and
then telling us that voter registration will start in April 19th? With all
that we still have some of us ready to embrace the IEC and then call
ourselves voters and party leaders or supporters?!
OPTV thinks that those calling for a demonstration are closer to the
reality anyway.
Yahya knows very well why he jailed Waa Juwara and why he sponsored the
Green boys to attempt lawyer Sillah's life.Anyway lawyer Sillah's spirits
are working things out.Yahya wanted to silence him and here we are hearing
the worse from IMF.Their press release has already hit the
streets, computers and the world's data base.Investors will certainly stop
and those already in will freeze for now and relocate.Who will go in for a
country that the world's financial institutions are shunning with such
harsh press releases?
The APRC talks about patriotism!!!!!!! Yeah?!!! How about reminding these
shameless lackeys about what Sanakara did? Thomas received some millions of
dollars from overseas companies one time and then deposited everything
into state coffers. He turned around and told those companies that came to
entice him that!!! the contracts belong to the people so those people will
decide whether they deserve them or not after getting the money! That is
what OPTV calls a true patriot.Yahya's accounts can settle every single
bill that the IMF and the W/bank are following us with but he will not. They
know that he can because they have already penetrated his accounts abroad
and know how much he stole. The IMF and W/Bank may not be the best for some
of us,but let us look closer and see. They are coaching us to dig and
discover in reality that!!! our man is the chief thief. They will go beyond
this point just watch.
The IMF wants to know where the 5 Million dollars that were taken away from
the central bank have been sent? They were told that it paid for the
registration of a company but yet to know the owners of the company and why
public funds were used?
The IMF wants to know what happened with the findings following the
continent bank saga? The IMF wants to know what happened to funds from
Farato farms, the mix max with peanut traders that were sponsored from
within and then the funds sank within?
The IMF wants to know how a third world President can become one of the
richest men in the world? The IMF wants to know why invoices were being
inflated when they have now discovered the real cost from the sellers
outside?
More and more.Yahya please why not you resign if not this civil war will be
very very dirty. Yahya go and wait for Gambians to decide your faith.!!!
