Ngorr couldn't have said it better.  Gassama is simply huff & puff when our
exchange shows that he is a dinosaur of an engineer, lie you put it, all huff
& puff with no substance.

The guy is truly an embodiment of the mediocrity and as a result, the ALES
phenomeno which is destroying our country.  Pleae note how he promised in his
earlier  not to respond to anymore talk of the Internet in rural areas.
Planning engineer my foot.  We had the inefficient Tombong for a while, a man
who is even unable to write a comprehensible paragraph.  We truly have a crew
of imbecillic morons in charge.
