My prayers are with you, and believe me, one must never let such things just
slide, we cannot afford to do that at any time. Protect your rights, and if
anyone practices such injustice, I say let them pay the price.

You are right, we cannot let the sacrifice that Dr King and others made
towards equal justice for us be bypassed and the same discriminatory
practices metted out in disguised and clever ways, otherwise, this just paves
the way for such practices to  continued, and the entire civil rights
struggle would have been for nought.

I have never filed a lawsuit against anyone, but i have sat across the table
from the powers that be at a place of employment and told them not only that
they were discriminating against me, but at others there too, and I let it be
known that i was gathering evidence to sue the pants off them. You should
have see them squarm and stutter all over themselves denying it. It totally
blew them away because no one ever confronted them about it. Good luck with
it, and I hope you have a good lawyer.
