Fellow List members who are interested in football and are keen to know the 
progress of an African player,George Weah, one time world player of the year 
at Chelsea in England who today joined the club on loan for the rest of the 
season from Inter Milan has given signs that he is still worth to be paid 
£40K per week.

George Weah came off the bench at Standford Bridge to give Chelsea a one nil 
lead against derby rivals Tottenham Hotspur.George Weah converted a Dennis 
Wise cross in the 87th minute to send the Blues forward which eventually told 
the story.

George will be the happiest to score on his debut in England.Well done 
George,you have done us proud and i hope he will continue to deliver the 
goods for Chelsea as some people have already doubted him being able to hack 
the premiership.
