Yes indeed. Maxine Waters does not mince words or compromise when it comes to
telling it like it is. Thanks Ylva for the forward. This USAID director was
just espressing what his narrow,  racist mind allows him to do.
Unfortunately, there are many more like him, he just happens to have been one
caught expressing his thoughts out loud.
Of course, the other side of the coin is that it is despicable leadership
that has landed Africans at the bottom of everyone's heap. These are the
kinds of things that should serve as good lessons to remind us that when you
become a beggar at other people's doorstep, and wait for them to put your
affairs in order, then you get whatever comes your way. These are really the
reasons why someone like this guy can make these disrespectful and ignorant
comments about Africans.
