Thanks a lot. I was still operating under the assumption that the UDP
delegation did not cometo the U.S this past weekend, especially because Mr
Mballo was going to read Darboe's speech. I guess it was because they were
not going to be in D.C on time for Darboe to speak himself. Again, thanks.
