I am relieved that the situation regarding receipt of login info has 
been resolved. For those who have more than one email address, remember 
that the login info is sent to the one registered with Paypal. That may 
not necessarily be the one you check daily.

A day after my payment for the Tv4Africa service, it seems positive 
signs have emerged from the horizon. My registration or user name and 
password have arrived in my mail box. I have used the info to login 
successfully and watch 20 of the 24 channels. I strongly believe that 
the programmes are streamed live. 

While it may seem like backtracking from my original statements, it 
does not amount to a retraction of what i stated earlier. I had acted 
in good faith and out of preponderance of caution. I fell for 419 
before and would raise alarm bells should i smell something fishy. The 
owners could have averted this by automatically returning registration 
info after payment has been made rather than waiting for a day later. 
Since this is the beginning of day one of my experience, i would stop 
here and continue to monitor the service for effectiveness.

You seem so confident about this I will err on the side of caution. I 
am generally not one to be easily enticed by gimmickry but you saved me 
a lot of due-diligence I would have had to do. Very sad indeed if true. 
I don't even want to find out now if its true or not. Thanx for the
