         Thanks for some clarification on the matter, I have one friend who
is from Malaysia and reads ISLAMIC AND COMPARATIVE LAW and told me that it
is unislamic for muslims to make "wills" that will indicate the manner in
which all their properties should be shared among their kids or families if
they should passed-away.Instead he said a muslim  can only "will" 1/3 (one
third) of their properties and anything more than that is considered
unislamic and will never be recognized by any court where islamic laws or
"sharia" prevails.And as I said I shall be very happy if you or Habib can
help us with some references to the questions that are asked
