Does Gamcel have a Short Messaging Center yet?

Its kinda neat to be able to send Short Messages for pennies but the major
prob I see with this technology is the character limitation the end user has
to deal with.  In fact, I was in Seattle this week meeting with the dev team
which developed T9.  Research is  now leaning towards using packets to send
text.  Hopefully, this should move us forward towards getting over size and
cost limitations.
